Your Agreement With ReDev
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting proposals, or purchasing our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
2. Services
ReDev provides software engineering, consulting, delivery, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for paid work are defined in project statements of work, contracts, or order forms.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information required to perform the work.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ensure authorized access to systems, data, and tools where needed.
4. Fees and Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within the payment term stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or applicable late fees where permitted.
5. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the signed commercial agreement for the relevant engagement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during discussions and project delivery, and to use such information only for the purpose of performing the services.
7. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided using reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded, and total liability is limited in accordance with the governing project contract.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate in line with contractual terms. You remain responsible for payment of completed work and approved costs incurred up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
